Aufgaben

• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.
• Maintain employee lifecycle and recruitment data.
• Foster a healthy and positive workplace culture.
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
• Assist managers in goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
• Track employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Handle disciplinary actions and exit formalities.
• Coordinate payroll processing and salary structures.
• Manage employee benefits, leaves, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory deductions.
