Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful HR Generalist who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management while continuously improving HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
• Source and evaluate candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.

HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, employee records, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain HRMS records and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support HR policies and administrative activities.

Performance Management & Employee Relations

• Coordinate performance reviews, employee appraisals, and feedback processes.
• Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Work with managers on performance improvement activities.

HR Process Improvement

• Identify and improve existing HR processes.
• Develop HR policies, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
• Use HRMS, spreadsheets, AI tools, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Provide regular recruitment and HR operations updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of payroll, PF, ESI, and HR compliance.
• Familiarity with HRMS software, recruitment platforms, and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience in IT, software, or SaaS recruitment preferred.
