Job summary

Maxpetz in Goa is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Operations lead to manage full HR lifecycle across sourcing, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs and records. The role requires strong communication, coordination and problem-solving to support hospital, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or multi-shift environments.

You will handle joining formalities, inductions, employee relations, and assist with performance reviews, exits, and compliance with labour regulations.

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll inputs, and employee relations.
• Experience in hospital, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or multi-shift environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
