Qualifications

• HR professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience in sourcing, resume screening, headhunting and closure of recruitment cycles.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance including PF & ESI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, headhunting and closure.
• Manage HR operations including onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Oversee exit formalities, full and final settlement, and statutory compliance (PF & ESI).
