Job summary

Globalstep is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions in Pune. The role focuses on sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering quality hires within deadlines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will manage full lifecycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, support campus hiring, and collaborate with hiring managers and HR ops to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Preferably IT or corporate hiring experience.
• Hands-on with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and job portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, evaluate fit and provide feedback.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless process.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and candidate engagement till joining.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and maintain interview feedback.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and candidate engagement until joining.
• Ensure regular follow-up with offered candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate with HR Operations for pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
• Support market mapping, campus hiring initiatives, pre-placement talks, off-campus hiring drives, and talent pipeline development under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition leadership team.
• Support employer branding initiatives, job postings, campus drives, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring positions.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT or corporate hiring.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Good understanding of Boolean search and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience in IT hiring, lateral hiring, or bulk recruitment.
• Exposure to HRMS/HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and market salary benchmarking.
