Job summary

NIDO Group in Mumbai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to own the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to joining. If you’re passionate about people, hiring great talent, and partnering with business leaders, we want to hear from you.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, screen resumes, coordinate interviews across levels, build a strong talent pipeline for engineering, manufacturing and corporate roles, and maintain recruitment MIS

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to joining.
• Understand business requirements and identify the right talent profiles.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Drive recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, corporate, and support functions.
• Deliver recruitment within defined TAT and manpower plans.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
• Support campus hiring, job fairs, walk-in drives, and recruitment campaigns.
• Create a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to joining.
• Understand business requirements and identify the right talent profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Drive recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, corporate, and support functions.

Candidate & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, negotiations, and offer closures.
• Ensure effective pre-joining engagement to improve offer-to-joining conversion.
• Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Deliver recruitment within defined TAT and manpower plans.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics such as:
• Time to Hire
• Time to Fill
• Offer-to-Joining Ratio
• Recruitment TAT
• Provide regular recruitment updates to HR management.
• Support identification of training and development needs.
• Coordinate training programs, schedules, nominations, attendance, and feedback.
• Maintain training records and prepare training MIS.
• Support initiatives focused on employee growth and capability development.
• Support employee referral programs and employer branding initiatives.
• Develop relationships with recruitment consultants, colleges, institutes, and professional networks.
• Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, walk-in drives, and recruitment campaigns.
• Create a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
