Job summary

Nawalgaria Fashions Calcutta is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and candidate-management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and social media, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate rounds with hiring managers, and maintain a robust pipeline to meet hiring

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media hiring.
