Job summary

Airtel Africa in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end IT, technical and engineering hiring. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and follow up on offers to close roles efficiently.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, manage multiple positions, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. A sharp focus on candidate experience and timely updates is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruitment.
• Experience in IT/technical recruitment and engineering hiring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
