Job summary

Healing Pharma India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a capable HR Generalist to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, manage onboarding, joining formalities and documentation.

You will prepare and issue HR letters, counsel on policies, orient new employees, maintain accurate records, and advise line managers on employment law and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in HR operations and policies.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Prepare and issue offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, warning, experience, relieving, resignation acceptance, termination and other HR letters.
• Provide counselling on policies and procedure.
• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
• monitoring staff performance and attendance
• Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures

Preferred candidate profile
