Job summary

Konnect Agro Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee records management.

The role focuses on developing and enforcing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also plan training initiatives, resolve employee grievances, and foster a positive work environment to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR or related fields.
• Master's degree in HR or relevant field.
• Experience with ATS, payroll processing, and performance systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Labour laws and compliance.
