Job summary

Neuberg Diagnostics is seeking an HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and follow-ups—working with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs and track vacancies and joining updates. You will manage HR operations and documentation including onboarding, induction, exits, and maintaining employee files.

You will prepare letters and track probation periods.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Track vacancies, candidate status, and joining updates.
• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee files, HR databases, and personnel records.
• Prepare confirmation, experience, relieving, and other HR letters.
• Track probation periods and employee documentation.

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

• Monitor daily attendance, leave, shifts, and absenteeism.
• Verify attendance and leave inputs for monthly payroll processing.
• Coordinate salary-related queries and payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate attendance and employee records in the HRMS.Role & responsibilities
