Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Lead onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Plan and monitor training and development activities.
  • Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
  • Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits, procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage performance appraisal, employee engagement, and relations.
  • Oversee office administration, procurement, inventory, facilities, and vendors.
  • Ensure day-to-day office operations, housekeeping, security, and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external providers.
  • Enforce health and safety standards.
  • Plan engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and events.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings,resume screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and hiring coordination.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality,and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Lead employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor employee training and development activities.
  • Process payroll inputs, manage attendance and leave records, and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
  • Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and employment regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes, employee engagement initiatives, and employee relations activities.
  • Oversee all office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies, inventory control, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including housekeeping, maintenance, repairs, security, and office infrastructure management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to maintain efficient administrative operations.
  • Enforce adherence to health, safety, and company standards while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
  • Plan and execute engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and official events.
  • Monitor office expenses and budgets.
