Responsibilities

• Provide counselling and guidance to employees regarding workplace challenges, personal concerns affecting work performance, and development.
• Handle grievances, workplace conflicts, disciplinary matters, and employee relations issues effectively.
• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, punctuality, and workplace discipline.
• Manage induction, joining formalities, onboarding and orientation programmes.
• Conduct regular interactions and feedback sessions to understand workforce concerns and improve engagement.
• Coordinate with departmental heads and reporting managers to address employee concerns.
• Maintain accurate employee records, counselling reports, grievance records, and other HR documentation.
• Ensure effective communication and implementation of company policies, procedures, rules, and HR guidelines.
• Promote a positive work culture, employee engagement and healthy workplace relationships.
• Support HR initiatives aimed at improving satisfaction, retention and workforce discipline.
