Job summary

TNS India Foundation is seeking an experienced recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across functions. You will source candidates, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, maintaining MIS and reports, and supporting employer branding to build a strong talent pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes and hiring strategies.
• Experience in lateral and volume hiring.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
