Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions per TAT.
• Conduct salary discussions and support offer and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and daily hiring updates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
