Job summary

HomeKraft Infra is seeking an HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment across corporate and project/site functions.

You will source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants; screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and onboarding. Maintain trackers and align hiring with manpower plans and salary bands.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Real Estate/Infrastructure/Construction.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and closures within defined timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
• Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
