Job summary

MedPlus in Mangaluru is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our retail pharmacy stores and corporate requirements. You will lead bulk hiring for Pharmacist, Pharma Aide, CSA and other store roles, and conduct field recruitment and local sourcing across the city.

Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and joining formalities, while building a strong local talent pipeline. Collaborative work with Store Ops and HR is essential to meet timelines and drive timely onboarding.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in retail, healthcare, pharmacy, FMCG or blue-collar hiring.

• Conduct field recruitment and local candidate sourcing across Mangaluru and nearby locations.

• Employment Exchanges
• Job Portals and Local Recruitment Platforms
• Employee Referral Networks
• Coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, selection and joining formalities.
• Conduct recruitment drives, job fairs and walk-in interviews as required.
• Follow up with selected candidates regularly to ensure timely joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and maintain daily recruitment MIS, hiring trackers and recruitment reports.
• Monitor recruitment TAT and assigned hiring targets.
• Coordinate with Store Operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies within timelines.
• Identify manpower gaps and provide regular recruitment updates to the reporting manager.
• Support employee onboarding and ensure completion of joining formalities.
• Build a strong local talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
