Job summary

Gaamio Ventures is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and documentation. You will coordinate attendance, payroll, PF/ESI, and maintain employee records while handling employee relations and policy compliance across multiple stores.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of HR policies, and the ability to manage several locations independently. Proficiency in MS Excel/HRMS will be valued.

• Knowledge of payroll, PF, ESI, attendance, and leave management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
