Job summary

MedPlus in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, corporate and support functions. The role involves driving high-volume hiring, building robust sourcing channels, and mentoring the recruitment team to hit hiring targets.

You will develop strategic recruitment plans to close manpower gaps within defined TAT and ensure timely onboarding while maintaining strong stakeholder collaboration with Operations and business units.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in BPO.
• MBA in HR with strong HR operations knowledge.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, manpower budgeting, performance management, and strategic HR principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for store, corporate and support-function roles.
• Drive high-volume and bulk recruitment for pharmacists, aides, CSAs and retail positions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for store, corporate and support-function requirements.
• Drive high-volume and bulk recruitment for Pharmacists, Pharma Aides, CSAs and other retail positions.
• Lead and guide the recruitment team to achieve assigned hiring targets.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to close manpower gaps within defined TAT.
• Build and strengthen sourcing channels through:
• Job portals
• Employee referrals
• Colleges and placement cells
• NGOs and training institutes
• Job fairs
• Local recruitment networks
• Social media and digital platforms
• Walk-in drives and field recruitment
• Coordinate with Operations and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, interview schedules, selections, offers and joining status.
• Ensure timely follow-up with selected candidates and minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
• Maintain daily and weekly recruitment MIS, dashboards and hiring trackers.
• Monitor TAT, joining ratios, source effectiveness and recruitment productivity.
• Identify manpower gaps and proactively initiate hiring drives based on business requirements.
• Support recruitment team members in sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate closure.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
• Conduct regular review meetings with the recruitment team and track action points.
• Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to recruitment processes and company policies.
• Analyze recruitment data and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and reduce recruitment TAT.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management as Sr. Executive HR or related field (BPO industry preferred).
• MBA in HR
• Strong understanding of HR Operations, Manpower Budgeting, Performance Management System, Strategic HR principles.
