Sumo Polyplast is seeking an HR professional to ensure statutory compliance and manage payroll, attendance, and grievances for the workforce in Gujarat. You will shape HR policies and guide the team on labour regulations while maintaining accurate employee records.

The role emphasizes timely payroll processing, policy implementation, and adherence to statutory acts to support efficient HR operations in the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience in engineering/construction.
• Proficient in payroll management systems and multitasking.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws (Contract Labour, Factory Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, ESI Act, PF, etc.).
