Job summary

S B E Engineering And Infrastructure in India is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage attendance, payroll, statutory compliance, and labor relations across the organization. The role covers contract labour management, PF/ESI/Gratuity, and compliance with applicable acts.

You will analyze timesheet data, streamline HR policies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee issues.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in Indian labor laws including Contract Labour Act, EPF, ESIC etc.
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
• Strong understanding of statutory laws including PF Act , Gratuity Act , Bonus Act etc.
• Proficiency in using software like Attendance Management System , Payroll Processing Software etc.
