Job summary

Hubris infra pvt ltd is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive with 5+ years of experience in construction/infrastructure. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, payroll coordination, PF/ESI, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

The candidate will manage HR operations across project sites, conduct employee meetings, and coordinate with management and contractors to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and onboarding.
• Payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
• PF, ESI and statutory compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws including Minimum Wages, Gratuity, Bonus, Contract Labour, POSH, and BOCW.
• Labour licences, statutory registers, returns, audits, and inspections.
• Employee relations and team coordination.
• Coordinate with project managers, accounts, and labour contractors.
• Join/exit formalities and HR MIS reporting.
• HR policy implementation at project sites.
• Excellent communication and MS Excel skills.
• Independent HR activity management across organisation.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and onboarding.
• Manage HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Handle PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Must have strong knowledge of applicable labour laws, including Minimum Wages, Gratuity, Bonus, Contract Labour, POSH, and BOCW.
• Manage labour licences, statutory registers, returns, audits, and inspections.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, meetings, and team coordination.
• Coordinate with project managers, accounts, and labour contractors.
• Manage joining, exit formalities, full & final settlements, and HR MIS reports.
• Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance at project sites
• Excellent communication, employee-handling, team management, and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to independently manage HR activities and coordinate with management and project teams.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance. The role requires strong practical knowledge of applicable labour laws, employee relations, team management, and construction site HR operations. The candidate should be capable of independently handling HR activities, conducting employee meetings, coordinating with management and project teams, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organisation.
