• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
• Strong understanding of statutory laws including PF Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, etc.
• Proficiency in using software like Attendance Management System and Payroll Processing Software.

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, statutory compliance, salary administration, contract labor management, and related acts and gratuity responsibilities.
• Ensure timely submission of returns to labour authorities and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues and provide support on employee matters.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., timesheets) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Ensure timely submission of returns to labour authorities and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues and provide support on employee matters.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., timesheets) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
