Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role with expertise in contract labour management.
• Strong understanding of labor laws including Contract Labour Act, Factory Act, ESI Act, PF Act, Gratuity Act etc.
• Proficiency in Payroll Management Systems (PMS) software or similar tools.
