Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, manage agency contracts, and ensure an impactful onboarding experience.
• Performance Management: Design and measure KPI frameworks, standardize annual appraisals, and establish training programs.
• Training and development: Identify organizational skill gaps, establish assessment centres, and design comprehensive training programs to drive employee upskilling and career growth.
• Compensation & Rewards: Structure salary frameworks using market benchmarking and oversee compensation standards.
• Employee Relations: handle grievances, counsel staff, and strategize corporate retreats and engagement events.
• Compliance & Policy: Draft company HR policies, ensure strict adherence to labour laws, and manage historical employee records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in HR, with direct team-handling and managerial experience approx 3-5 years
