Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to support daily HR operations, policy implementation, and employee processes. You will contribute to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with labour laws in Pune.

The role involves coordinating HR activities, maintaining records, supporting payroll and attendance, and assisting in employee development and training programs within a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualificações

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR or similar role is required.
• HR certification such as SHRM or CIPD is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Assistant HR Manager

Job Summary

The Assistant HR Manager supports in overseeing daily human resources operations, implementing HR policies, and managing employee-related processes. This role plays a key part in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
