Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and policy design. You will drive performance management and engagement initiatives, partnering with senior management to align HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance and leaves
• Design and implement HR policies aligned with goals and compliance
• Drive performance management including appraisals and goal setting
• Plan and execute employee engagement and training initiatives
• Ensure statutory compliance related to labour laws, PF, ESI and other applicable regulations
• Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to senior management
