Job summary

The HR Recruiter Executive at VSS Traders Sector 33 Noida is responsible for end-to-end recruitment across the organization, sourcing candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to close roles on time.

The position requires 2–4 years of recruitment experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build a robust talent pipeline for manufacturing, finance, sales, HR and corporate roles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in hiring for multiple functions across manufacturing, finance, sales, HR, and corporate roles is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and interview skills, with ability to close roles within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to on boarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and follow up until candidate joining.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Coordinate on boarding and documentation for new hires.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and hiring MIS.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications
