Job summary

Growcap Creditwise in Noida (Sector 6) is seeking an HR Executive to handle recruitment and daily HR operations. Immediate joiners preferred, interview mode is F2F only, location is Noida Sector-6. 1-4 years in Recruitment & HR Ops will be ideal.

You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding, and maintain HR records with a proactive approach. Strong communication and coordination skills are required, along with knowledge of HRMS and recruitment portals.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Recruitment & HR Operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of HRMS and recruitment portals will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.

• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
