Job summary

IndiaMART is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive in Noida/Sector 135 to manage high-volume hiring for frontline tele-sales roles. The role involves sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding to meet monthly hiring targets. The ideal candidate has bulk hiring experience, strong sourcing, Excel proficiency, and excellent communication.

MBA/PGDM preferred. This is a full-time role with incentives and career development opportunities in a fast-growing e-commerce

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk hiring (preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with hiring tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Experience in hiring for sales roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding, ensuring timely closures and achievement of monthly hiring targets.
• Source candidates through different job portals, referrals, social media.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate communication, feedback, and interview scheduling throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation within approved budgets and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
• Support documentation and joining formalities of selected candidates.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
