1Point1 is hiring a Recruiter in Gurgaon to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet timelines.

The role requires strong communication, sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment; immediate joining is preferred and the position is office-based in Gurgaon.
