Job summary

Torq Commodities in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to shape manpower strategies with hiring managers and lead end-to-end recruitment across functions. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers and onboard across global roles, while building pipelines for future needs.

You will maintain ATS records, monitor market trends and compensation benchmarks, and drive a positive candidate experience while continually refining recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
• 6 to 8 years of post-MBA experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in volume hiring and global recruitment.
• Hiring across multiple functions including Sales, Finance, IT and Operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
