Job summary

GetixHealth, LLC in Bengaluru is hiring an HR Generalist to support onboarding, maintain employee records, and assist in payroll and recruitment activities.

The role requires at least 1 year of HR generalist experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Excel. The position offers an evening shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM with free transport and subsidized meals.

• Conduct HR skip level meetings, stay and exit interviews.
• Address employee queries and provide support on HR policies and processes.
• Assist in employee relations activities and grievance handling.
• Coordinate exit formalities, clearances, and documentation.
• Provide support in recruitment and payroll activities whenever required.
