We are a fast-growing technology-driven start-up building strong processes and a collaborative, people-first culture. As we expand, we are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Entry-Level HRBP to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build their career in HR while gaining hands-on exposure across core HR functions such as supporting end-to-end HR operations for the complete employee life cycle. This is a process-oriented role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving tools and systems. You will work closely with HR leadership, functional managers, and employees, directly contributing to the smooth functioning and growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Manage pre-joining documentation, background checks, and joining formalities. Prepare and organize onboarding sessions for new hires.
- HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Assist in policy documentation, SOP writing, and compliance processes. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
- Performance & Engagement Coordination: Collaborate with managers to define and track employee KPIs. Coordinate manager-employee check-ins, document meeting outcomes, and facilitate skip-level meetings and feedback collection.
- Data Management & Reporting: Track HR data and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal dashboards. Ensure timely updates and follow-ups across recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Employee Engagement Activities: Plan and execute team-building events, celebrations, and employee connect sessions. Conduct post-activity feedback surveys and document improvement ideas. Work with cross-functional teams to drive culture and morale-boosting initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role, managing people and processes.
- MBA in HR / Master of Social Work / BBA or equivalent
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive processes.
