Job summary

Ultipro in Bangalore is seeking an HR Generalist to support onboarding, maintain employee records, and manage HRMS data with accuracy. The role involves coordinating engagement activities, conducting interviews, and assisting with recruitment and payroll tasks.

The candidate should have a Postgraduate degree in HR and at least 1 year of experience, with availability for the 2:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. Female candidates based in Bangalore are preferred as per eligibility criteria.

• Conduct HR skip level meetings, stay and exit interviews.
• Address employee queries and provide support on HR policies and processes.
• Assist in employee relations activities and grievance handling.
• Coordinate exit formalities, clearances, and documentation.
• Provide support in recruitment and payroll activities whenever required.
