Job summary

ARStrat LLC in Bengaluru is seeking an HR Generalist to support onboarding, maintain records, and manage HRMS with accuracy. You will coordinate engagement activities, conduct interviews, and assist with payroll and recruitment as needed.

The role requires a Post Graduation in HR and at least 1 year of HR generalist experience, with a basic understanding of the employee lifecycle. Bengaluru-based only; shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, transport and subsidized food vouchers provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR generalist.
• Basic understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and employee files.
• Manage HRMS employee records with accuracy and data integrity.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication.
• Conduct HR skip-level meetings, stay and exit interviews.
• Address employee queries and provide support on HR policies and processes.
• Assist in employee relations activities and grievance handling.
• Coordinate exit formalities, clearances, and documentation.
• Provide support in recruitment and payroll activities whenever required.
