Job summary

Airtech Engineers in Vadodara is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for HVAC and project-based positions. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, screen resumes, conduct telephonic screenings and coordinate interviews with management.

The role requires strong communication, proactive follow-up, and the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while building a robust candidate pipeline for current and future

Qualifications

• >> Graduate in any discipline.
• 12 years of experience in recruitment/hiring.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn or other recruitment/job portals will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Should be organized, proactive and target-oriented.
• Candidates with experience in recruitment for engineering, construction, HVAC or project-based companies will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
