Job summary

SLN Projects in Hyderabad seeks a hands-on HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—for EPC/Construction/MEP projects.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals, screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage offers, and maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports. Strong communication, sourcing, and Excel skills are essential, with experience in coordinating with consultants.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience in EPC/Construction/MEP recruitment preferred.
