Job description

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment
  • Handle recruitment for the company's open positions.
  • Understand manpower requirements for various housekeeping sites/projects.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled/unskilled housekeeping staff, supervisors, and support manpower.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, referrals, walk-ins, and local manpower networks.
• Screening & Selection
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and attitude.
  • Verify documents such as ID proofs, references, and employment history.
  • Shortlist suitable candidates for final selection by management or clients.
• Onboarding & Deployment
  • Coordinate with operations teams for manpower allocation at sites.
  • Ensure joining formalities, documentation, and medical/fitness checks are completed.
  • Brief new hires on job roles, responsibilities, grooming, and company policies.
• Database & Reporting
  • Maintain an updated manpower database (skilled/unskilled workers, supervisors, housekeeping staff).
  • Track recruitment status, joining ratios, and attrition rates.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for management review.
• Team Management
  • Manage the HR process including recruitment, attendance, orientation, employee engagement, etc.

Key Skills / Desired Experience

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manpower services company.
• Prior experience in a recognized manpower services or job consultancy organization is highly desirable.
