Job summary

HTL Aircon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a recruitment professional to manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding at our Mumbai office. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, leveraging Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, social media, and referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and candidates. UG graduates are welcome to apply for this position in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
