Job summary

Kinjal Construction is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our corporate office and construction project sites in Mumbai. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure timely placements.

You will collaborate with site teams and HR operations, maintain the candidate database, and build a strong pipeline for current and future manpower needs. 6 months to 3 years of experience preferred.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our corporate office and construction project sites. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of recruitment processes and be comfortable hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and selection.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare/update job descriptions accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project/site teams.
• Handle recruitment for site and technical positions such as Site Engineers, Project Managers, QA/QC Engineers, Safety Officers, MEP Engineers, Supervisors, etc.
• Recruit for corporate/support functions including HR, Accounts, Admin, Sales, Purchase, Stores, and other departments.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, salary negotiations, joining formalities, and joining dates.
• Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
• Conduct reference/background verification wherever required.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on open positions, interview status, selections, and joining status.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
