Job summary

Ram Taranga Solutions is seeking a proactive Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for corporate and project/site positions. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, complete documentation, and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.

Key responsibilities include planning recruitment, screening resumes, coordinating interviews with departments, handling salary discussions, and maintaining recruitment MIS.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project/site roles.
• Proficient in sourcing through job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Skilled in coordinating interviews and salary negotiations with stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and MS Excel for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition to joining.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through portals, referrals, consultants, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist based on job requirements and experience.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
• Schedule interviews and follow-up with candidates and panels.
• Coordinate salary discussions and obtain approvals before offers.
• Complete pre-joining documentation and background verification.
• Coordinate with project/site teams for urgent manpower needs.
• Support recruitment for Engineers, Project Managers, Safety Officers, and other roles.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external agencies when needed.
• Prepare recruitment MIS reports on vacancies, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and project/site-level positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, completing documentation, and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and experience.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews with concerned departments.
• Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates and interview panels.
• Coordinate salary/CTC discussions and obtain necessary approvals before releasing offers.
• Complete pre-joining documentation and background verification formalities.
• Coordinate with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update recruitment status on a regular basis.
• Maintain a database of shortlisted, selected, rejected, and joined candidates.
• Coordinate with project/site teams for urgent manpower requirements.
• Support recruitment for Engineers, Project Managers, Safety Officers, Quality Engineers, Supervisors, and other project/site positions.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external agencies whenever required.
• Prepare recruitment MIS reports covering vacancies, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the required timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and salary-related information.
