We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter ( Non-IT) to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our corporate office and project sites. The role will be responsible for understanding manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.
The position will primarily handle recruitment for Construction, Engineering, Projects, Sales, Administration, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Facility Management, and other non-IT functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Understand manpower requirements from HODs and project teams.
- Prepare and update Job Descriptions based on approved manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, technical skills, salary expectations, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer approval, and offer release.
- Ensure candidates join as per the agreed joining date.
2. Non-IT Recruitment
Handle recruitment for positions such as:
- Civil Engineers / Site Engineers
- QA/QC Engineers
- Electrical Engineers
- Safety Officers
- Contracts & QS professionals
- Purchase & Procurement
- Sales & Pre-Sales
- Facility Management
- Administration
- Finance & Accounts
- HR & Administration
- Legal
- Customer Relationship Management
- Project Management and other corporate/project positions.
3. Candidate Sourcing & Database Management
- Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for frequently required positions.
- Build talent pools for critical and recurring project positions.
- Maintain an updated candidate database with proper status tracking.
- Develop and maintain a database of recruitment consultants and agencies.
4. Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with HODs, Project Heads, Functional Managers, and Management.
- Share candidate profiles and screening summaries with the concerned department.
- Obtain interview feedback within defined timelines.
- Maintain interview status and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate additional interview rounds wherever required.
5. Offer & Joining Management
- Coordinate salary negotiation within the approved salary range.
- Prepare and obtain approval for offer proposals.
- Release offer letters and communicate joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Conduct pre-joining engagement to minimize candidate dropouts.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for onboarding and documentation.
6. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers.
- Provide regular recruitment status reports to the HR Manager / Management.
7. Employer Branding & Recruitment Initiatives
- Support recruitment campaigns and job postings on social media and job portals.
- Coordinate walk-in interviews, recruitment drives, and campus hiring where required.
- Support development of employee referral programs.
- Promote the organization's employment opportunities through appropriate recruitment channels.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce / any relevant discipline.
- MBA / PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Non-IT / General Recruitment.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Project recruitment will be preferred.
- Should have hands-on experience in recruiting both corporate and project/site-level positions.
- Should be capable of independently handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing network and candidate database development experience preferred.
- Should be target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working with tight recruitment timelines.
