Job summary

IT Company is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team in Vadodara. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning in end-to-end recruitment for a leading pharmaceutical group, with opportunities to attract, evaluate, and onboard talent.

You will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding, while collaborating on campus drives and internal referrals in a growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Help in the onboarding process for new employees.
