Job summary

Syncom Formulations India is seeking an HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition professional to handle end-to-end recruitment across departments. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing or corporate recruitment preferred.
• Proven ability to source, screen and shortlist candidates across functions.

Role & responsibilities

80% Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare/modify Job Descriptions (JDs) as required.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary, notice period and other joining-related matters within approved guidelines.
• Manage the offer-to-joining process and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with external recruitment consultants, where required.
• Conduct reference/background verification processes as applicable.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio and closure status.

20% HR Operations

• Support the joining and onboarding process, including documentation and induction coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in attendance, leave and employee documentation activities.
• Support preparation of HR MIS and periodic reports.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
• Coordinate with payroll/administration teams for employee-related information.
• Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files and HR documentation.
• Provide general HR support to employees and management as required.

Assist in implementation of HR policies, processes and company initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-8 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Candidates with significant exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing or corporate recruitment will be preferred.
