Job summary

Ascend Capital in India is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, operations, technology, product and other functions. You will source candidates via Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed and referrals, screen and shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.

The role requires MBA/PGDM and 0–2 years of recruitment experience, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM from a recognized institute is mandatory.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Fresh MBA/PGDM graduates may also apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Collection, Operations, Technology, Product, and other business functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company hiring criteria.
• Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding stages.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support employer branding and job posting activities across various platforms.

Key Requirements
