Job summary

Leap India Food And Logistics is seeking an HR Executive (Recruitment) to drive end-to-end talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing candidates through portals and networks, screening and shortlisting, coordinating interviews with department heads, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have MBA/PGDM in HR and 1–3 years of recruitment experience, with strong communication and Excel-based MIS reporting skills. Hyderabad-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment; freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer rollout.

• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per recruitment TAT.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure onboarding and joining.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
