Job summary

CES LTD in Chennai is expanding its talent team and seeks an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple functions. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.

You will work from Navalur, Chennai (Work from Office), coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely closures.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience (Domestic).
• End-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Finance, or Corporate roles.
• Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple requirements.
• Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles against requirements.
• Coordinate HR screening and interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Handle offer negotiations and salary discussions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires.
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
• Strong hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Experience hiring for IT, Non‑IT, Engineering, Finance, or Corporate roles.
• Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels.
• Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
