Job summary

Med-metrix in Chennai is seeking a Recruiter to manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. This onsite role requires a Master's degree and 1–3 years of experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, maintain talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, track metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Strong English communication and ATS/MS Office proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in HR/ Psychology/ Business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Contact Center hiring preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
