Job summary

CES LTD is seeking a Domestic Recruiter with 3-6 years of hands-on recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple functions. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills to close positions efficiently.

Based in Navalur, Chennai with work-from-office duties, the successful candidate will build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• End-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Finance or Corporate roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals.
• Screen and assess profiles based on job requirements.
• Coordinate HR screening and interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Close positions with effective offer negotiations and timely finalization.
• Build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Recruiter with 3-6 years of hands-on recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for various business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills, with the ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and closing activities.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Finance, or Corporate roles.
• Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels.
• Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and recruitment best practices.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
